CONTINUING HEBREW READING

Classes start Sunday September 7, 2025 and end Sunday December 21, 2025
We will continue reading through selected Psalms in the volume: "A Hebrew Reader for the Psalms" by Kline & Myers (ISBN: 978-1683072720). The class assumes a basic familiarity with Biblical Hebrew grammar equivalent to at least a full year of study, as well as the ability to read aloud fully pointed Hebrew texts. New students should contact the instructor prior to registering in order to assess competency.
Classes will be held remotely.
Classes will be held each Sunday ON ZOOM from 3:30pm – 4:30pm central time.

A RECORDED INTRODUCTORY HEBREW COURSE

This is a recorded course that covers a full year of Biblical Hebrew and textbook exercises in separate 30-45 minute downloadable videos, allowing you to learn at your own pace or to re-review materials covered in other classes.

The textbook is ‘Introducing Biblical Hebrew’ by Allen Ross. The course covers Chapters 1-18.

Registration for the course grants you the passwords to access the video links page for two years, as well as the opportunity to email the instructor for clarification about the videos. You may register at any time, but please do note that we will change the video passwords at the start of each semester (Spring, Summer, Fall).
