St. Anne, the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary, has always been a special patroness of the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius. The Canons maintain a chapel in Michigan dedicated to her patronage where public Masses and devotions are held every year on her feast day. The quaint and charming log chapel was built in the mountains of Poland and reassembled on the property in Lawton, Michigan in 2003.

"Good St. Anne," the grandmother of Jesus, is a special patroness whose powerful intercession continues to help many. St. John Cantius, himself a devotee of St. Anne, served as a priest in St. Anne's Church in Krakow, where his tomb and relics are enshrined today. The Canons mother church in Chicago features a beautiful oil painting of St. Anne above the High Altar.
The St. Anne Triduum, this year the 24th, 25th, and 26th of July, is a long-standing tradition of the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius in which three consecutive days are dedicated to her intercession.
