Lenten Retreats for Men and Women


This Lent, our parish is hosting Lenten Retreats for Men and Women. The retreats each features three conferences, Confessions, and Holy Mass.


As we enter into passiontide and Lent, take a moment to prepare yourself for the celebration of the most important events of the Liturgical year.


SATURDAY, MARCH 11TH

Born and raised in Michigan. Entered the Canons Regular of the Holy Cross in 2002. Ordained on August 19th 2012. Spent first five years of priesthood serving in the Philippines. Transferred back to the US in December of 2017 and spent the last 5 years preaching lay retreats, religious retreats and priest retreats, giving parish missions and days of recollection.


Men's Retreat - Fr. John Eudes Brohl, ORC

8:30am – Mass (Optional)

9:30am – Sign-in, coffee & donuts

10:00am – 1st Conference – Mental Prayer

10:45am – Personal prayer

11:30am – 2nd Conference – Lectio Divina

12:15pm – Lunch (silent)

1:00pm – 3rd Conference – Angels

2:00pm – Adoration & Confessions

3:30pm – Benediction & Conclusion

4:00pm – Rosary, Vespers & Mass (optional)





SATURDAY, MARCH 25TH

Father Roger J. Landry, a priest of the Diocese of Fall River, Massachusetts, serves as Catholic Chaplain to Columbia University in New York City. He is also Ecclesiastical Assistant to Aid to the Church in Need USA, a Papal Missionary of Mercy, a National Eucharistic Preacher for the USCCB’s National Eucharistic Revival, Chaplain to the New York Chapter of the Leonine Forum, and a Member of the Board of the Shrine of Our Lady of the Martyrs in Auriesville, New York. A graduate of Harvard College (1992) and the Pontifical North American College in Rome (1999), he served as Attaché to the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations in New York (2015-2022), and has been a pastor, newspaper editor and high school chaplain in the Diocese of Fall River. He writes for many publications, appears regularly on television and radio, and is the author of Plan of Life: Habits to Help You Grow Closer to God (Pauline Books and Media 2018). His homilies, articles, retreats, conferences, educational videos and other offerings are available for free at catholicpreaching.com.

10:45am – Personal prayer

11:30am – 2nd Conference – Going with Jesus into the Desert

12:15pm – Lunch (silent)

1:00pm – 3rd Conference – Giving the Greatest Alms of All

2:00pm – Adoration & Confessions

3:30pm – Benediction & Conclusion

4:00pm – Rosary, Vespers & Mass (optional)




The retreats will be held in the Church Hall and the Church. The retreats will not be live streamed.
