Pilgrimage Statue of Our Lady of the Cape visits St. John Cantius

The pilgrimage statue of Our Lady of the Cape from Quebec, Canada will visit St. John Cantius on Wednesday, September 24.  Come hear the amazing story of the Rosary Bridge and the miraculous Statue at 6:15pm and then join us at 7:30pm for a High Mass, Rosary Procession, and Crowning

The miraculous statue of Our Lady of the Cape has been at the center of devotion to the rosary in Canada. It is the only crowned image of Our Lady in Canada, crowned by both St. Pius X and the Venerable Pius XII.

Pope St. John Paul II visited Our Lady of the Cape 30 years ago, on September 10, 1984. That day he preached about the visitation of Our Lady and St. Elizabeth’s question, “Who am I that the Mother of my Lord should come to me”
